What this service is

Aussie Trade Leads (operated by SaaS Digital) is a lead generation and service-connection platform. We connect people looking for trade services in Australia with independent local trade businesses. We do not ourselves carry out plumbing, electrical, building or any other trade work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a trade professional.

No guarantee of licensing, quality or availability

We do not guarantee the licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, quality or pricing of any trade professional you are connected with. You are responsible for confirming these details directly with the professional before agreeing to any work, and for exercising your own judgement in choosing whether to proceed.

No cost to enquire

Submitting an enquiry through this website is free and does not obligate you to proceed with any quote or engage any professional.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiry details
• Use automated tools to submit enquiries (see our spam protection measures)
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Digital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your dealings with any trade professional you are connected with through it. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
