Aussie Trade Leads is operated by SaaS Digital (“we”, “us”). We operate a network of local trade enquiry websites that connect Australian homeowners with independent local trade businesses. We are not ourselves a licensed trade contractor.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your suburb and the service you’re enquiring about
• A description of the job and your preferred contact method
• Technical information such as the page you enquired from, and UTM/marketing source parameters

We also use Google Analytics (where configured) to understand how visitors use our sites, which may set cookies and collect information such as your general location, device type and pages viewed.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Pass your enquiry on to an independent local trade professional so they can contact you about the job
• Keep a record of enquiries for our own lead management and quality purposes
• Understand and improve how our websites perform

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Your enquiry details are shared only with the trade professional(s) matched to respond to your specific enquiry.

Data storage and security

Enquiry details are stored securely and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.

Third-party links and professionals

Once your enquiry is passed to a local trade professional, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices, not this policy.
